Downloading, thanks for sharing
highly appreciated khobbeizeh. thank you very very much. i already started to watch it, and it seems strong.
it's such an important documentary, we all have to spread the word. thank you very much for your support.
thank you all. please spread the word.
i'd give it 8/10. it is a great movie. the most important point regarding the movie is its directed to western community in a very direct way. the directors are smart enough to bring the christian palestanians issue at frist to enlight the american people and tell them that the occupation is not an islamic-jewish problem.
the thing is: the palestanian issue and the occupation can not be summerized in a single movie. i wished if it concintrate on a certain issue like "Palestanian Blues" or "Ford Transit" did.
anything else, its great. Amazing 1948 documents and interviews.
I watched the documentary when they showed it at Carleton University in Ottawa during their tour, and seriously its the best i've seen concerning the palestinian-isreali conflict..i also got the chance to talk to Sofyan Omeish, one of the directors, he was really nice, well spoken, and had great passion for the message him and his brother are trying to deliver to the western society.
"The greatest enemy of knowledge is not ignorance, it is the illusion of knowledge"
This has been my favorite quote for long now.
Anyway, regarding the movie. I don't know... I watched a lot of Palestinian-Israeli conflict documentaries but this, I have no idea why it made me cry like an idiot.. I was almost crying throughout the whole movie!
I've been feeling very patriotic about the Palestinian issue after the whole idoiticness of Hamas and Fateh. And because my chances of seeing Palestine demolish more and more everyday.
Ah well.. *Sigh*
Long story short, thanks for this!

bardees, sorry i guess they've removed the link! try to google it, it's available in separated parts!

Thank you, it is an excellent documentary indeed. I saw many, but they were focusing on parts of the conflict only. This one - tries to - sum it up. I agree with moh'd yousef that it couldn't possibly do that in one single movie, but I guess it is a very good 101 (introduction course) for people who don't know anything about the conflict. Plus it contains much new information for people who do(or think they do).
