In the past couple of days, I've been trying to present you Zade, but I really couldn’t find the right words… I start to write… pause… delete… pause again… start again… shall I write about Zade the amazing musician who hit the Billboard charts? بلا حقوق ملكيه بلا نيله

من تابع مدونتي ، خبيزه، منذ البداية، يعلم أن مقال "ستاربكس/ سمّ الهاري" كان من أكثر المقالات التي أثارت ضجه، وعرَفت الناس بهذه المدونه، مش مهم... مع مرور الوقت بدأت بإستقبال أكثر من إيميل بأشكال مختلفه تحوي هذا المقال، لكن للأسف بدون أي مرجع لمدونتي، يحفظ حقوق ما كتبت، كمان مش مهم! وقلت لنفسي "خلّي الناس تستفيد"... لكن ما إستفزّني فعلاً هو ما قامت به مجلة المجتمع مؤخراً

في ذاك المقال قمت بتغيير في تصميم شعار ستاربكس ليحكي قصة مؤامره صهيونيه وراء تلك القهوه، والله وكيلكم، قامت مجلة المجتمع بأخذ هذا الشعار كما هو ليتصدّر غلافها وأحد صفحاتها الداخليه في أحد الأعداد مؤخراً! ومش بس هيك! قاموا بإزالة شعار حقوق الطبع لخبيزه ليصبح بالتالي شعاراً لهم

هذا الشعار لم يأخذ منّي جهداً يُذكر، بل أن هذا الموضوع قد لا يعني لي شيء بجانب القصة التي تعرضت لها منذ عامين، حيث قام أحد المحتالين بدون علمي، بتسليم شعار، من تصميمي، لواحده من الشركات الكبرى في الأردن والعالم، وللأسف تمت الموافقه عليه، وأصبح الآن واحدا من أشهر وأنجح الشعارات الموجوده! لن أذكر تفاصيل أو أسماء لأنها قصة منتهيه حالياً، لكن السؤال هو: إلى متى سوف يستمر إنتهاك حقوق الغير؟ وهل سيأتي يوم تصبح فيه حقوق الملكيه الفكريه في بلادنا العربيه حقٌ مكتسب؟ قد ألوم مجلة المجتمع على تجاوز غير مقبول أبداً، ولكن هناك لوم أكبر يقع على عاتق كل شخص منّا سمح لهذه الظاهره بأن تستمر، وتمادى في "اللطش" وإستعمال ملكيات الغير من موسيقى ومقالات وصور... حتى أصبحت ظاهره مباحة للإستعمال كيفما شئنا! والله عيب

The European Film Festival has ended; wonderful efforts. I've seen most of the movies and got all the feedbacks about the rest, in my opinion, the Oscar goes to…

#1: ZOZO: a terrific Lebanese / Swedish movie by the director Josef Fares (based on his own experiences). When your life shifts from fairly good to hell… Zozo (Imad Creidi) is growing up in Beirut during civil war. On the eve of their emigration to Sweden, his entire family is cruelly dispatched by Lebanese militia, leaving Zozo to make the journey alone! Unbelievable emotions, so artistic and dramatic work. check it out.

#2: Fauteuils d'orchestre (Orchestra Seats)
Jessica arrives in Paris where she finds a job as a waitress in bar next to a theater. She will meet a pianist, a famous actress and a great art collector, and begin to have her own dreams of fame and love! Wonderful story under the Paris sky, very alive and romantic. check it out.

I also would recommend: Everybody Famous, Dog Nail Clipper, Wallace & Gromit, and Shouf Shouf Habibi.

The most horrible movie was The Extra Man!!! I couldn't believe my eyes! They actually showed that "Extra" movie! Horrible video quality, horrible story, horrible cast, horrible everything! People started to leave after 20 minutes.

Bloody establishment!
I found this poster in most of the streets; I really liked its concept (not the artwork). I translated the Arabic words.






Nafas Beirut
A very nice and simple exhibition, presented by Espace SD and xanadu. Nafas Beirut is a platform for artists, poets, writers and filmmakers to share their work produced during or in reaction to the Israeli siege of Lebanon of Summer 2006. It will stay until November 17th, 2006. Check out these black comedy caricatures.

This is an awesome postcards booklet that I got from the art shop at Espace SD. Based on "head", the Lebanese designer debOrah Phares created all those hilarious ideas and made me laugh like crazy :-) here is some samples.



Stop it, Change it!
UNunited colors of AUB is a sarcastic & sad figure that shows the sectarianism in Lebanon (here, it shows the American University of Beirut as one of the examples). I got this paper from an Italian journalist, he was shocked and disappointed … Lebanon, I beg you to stop all these things and pay attention to your beautiful land and future… you're the dream.

Ahibaii (My Loved Ones) أحبّائي

Ahibaii is a new song/single by Julia Butors, composed by her brother Ziad, and written by Ghassan Matar ( based on a letter sent by Hassan Nasrallah to fighters in South Lebanon during the war), so basically it's about the latest Israeli attacks on Lebanon.
Julia is one of the best Arabic stars ever, her glamour is just rare. This song is another "donation project" to be added to her amazing history. watch Ahibaii video ( directed by Sophie Boutros)

إيش يا حلو

نظرية التحرّش والمعاكسه في بلادنا: البنت هي عاهره إلا أن يثبت العكس

يعيش أخوتي الثلاثه في الولايات المتحده، وفي كل مره يأتي أحدهم لزيارتنا في عمّان يتفاجىء بالتطورات الفاسده التي طرأت على أخلاق أمتنا. أخي الأكبر كان آخر الزائرين، وكان قد حدثني عن خيبة أمله لكثرة ما شاهد من مناظر تحرّش ومعاكسة للبنات في الشوارع، متسائلا كيف يحدث ذلك حتى في رمضان؟... وطبعا دار بيني وبينه نقاش طويل عن أسباب هذا التدني الأخلاقي بشكل عام

بالأمس، وبينما كنت جالس في السيارة أنتظر أخي وهويشتري بعض الحاجات، تشاء الأقدار وتبدأ أمامي واحده من أقذر المعاكسات التي رأيتها على الإطلاق! فتاتان في سن المراهقه، لا ذنب لهم إلا أنهم يمشون في شارع عام! أمّا الطرف الآخر هي سياره يركبها شابان كادا أن يدهسان الفتاتان أكثر من مره وهما يحاولان أن يتعدوا عليهما بالألفاظ القبيحه، التي لم أسمعها جيدا، وبالمعاكسات الرديئه التي وصلت الى حد إغلاق طريق الفتاتان بشكل كامل دون الإهتمام لأي أحد، وكأنهما حيوانات في الغابه و لقيطه سهله المنال! البنات بدا عليهم الرعب والإرباك الشديد مما دفعهم إلى الهرب تارة و الرجوع بعكس الطريق تارة أخرى، وطبعا واضح عليهم عدم الخبرة في التعامل مع تلك المواقف. المهم، بدأ برج الثور في داخلي بالهيجان والغضب، شعرت بالقرف الشديد والرغبه في عمل "مصيبه" لهولاء "الهمل"، وفي تلك اللحظه دخل أخي للسياره وشرحت له الموقف بسرعه، فغضب بشده، وفجأه لم أشعر بنفسي إلاّ وبقدمي على "البنزين" وبسرعه جنونيه أنطلقت وأعترضت طريق سيارتهم، ونزلت بسرعه وتوجّهت إليهم صارخاً: شو بتعملوا يا كلاب! ولا أتذكر ما قلته من شدة غضبي، وبدأ أخي بالتحدث إليهم قائلا: ليش بتعاكسوا في بنات الناس يا عدمين التربايه! خليكم عندكم، راح أطلب الشرطه فوراً، وفعلاً أخذت هاتفي لطلب الشرطه، لكن فجأه إستوقفني منظر هذان المتخلفان، ففي كل لحظات الغضب هذه أدركت أني لم أرى سوى وجهان متجمدان من الرعب والخوف، وفجأه نطق أحدهما وقال: أ أ أ أ أ أننننااا أنا .. إحنا ما بنعاكس! والله ما إعملنا شي! يعني من شدة قرفي و إحباطي في تلك اللحظه من "هالشحطين" لم يكن بوسعي إلاّ أن أدعهم وهم يهربون كالكلاب! سبحان الله، قبل قليل كانوا يقفزون كالأسود بكل هيمنه! هذه الصوره لا تعبّر عني أو عن أخي كأبطال أو أصحاب موقف، فبرأيي أن هذا أقل شيء ممكن عمله(مع تجنب غضبي االذي تندمت عليه آنذاك) وإنما هي صوره حيّه لكثير من شبابنا الضائع المستهتر الجبان، الذي يحلّل لنفسه ما يشاء للحصول على رغباته، مستعينا بقوته المستمده من بيئه فاسده لم تجد من يردعها

النتيجه

كما رأيتم، الشباب الفاسد موجود، بل وبكثره، فهم لا يكتفون بالذهاب إلى النوادي الليليه الرديئه للحصول على ما يشائون، بل يفضّلون التجوال في شوارع المدينه لإصطياد فريستهم، مفترضين أنّ كل فتاة تمشي في الشارع هي عاهره إلا أن يثبت عكس ذلك! آسف لقول ذلك، لكن هذه هي الحقيقة في حدود تفكيرهم الوضيع. فأينما نذهب نسمع القصص التي تحدث مع الفتيات في الشوارع وفي أغلب التكاسي ذوي السائقين المنحرفين

ما هو الحل برأيكم؟

هل ننتظر أن تأخذ الحكومه موقف ضد هولاء ؟ أو حتى أن تسن قوانين تخيفهم أو تردعهم عن جرائمهم كما يفعلون في الخارج؟ مع أنه سبحانه الله ما أكثر قوانين المخالفات والضرائب وجني المال والشرطه السريه مقابل ولا قانون لحفظ حقوق الإنسان بحجة مثلاً أن البنت يجب أن تتستر

الحل على كل الأحوال يبدأ من أنفسنا! لقد أعجبتني كثيرا قصة إحدى الصديقات التي تمت معاكستها بوقاحه شديده في أحد الشوارع الرئيسيه، فالبرغم من حيائها الشديد، إلا أنها قررت أن تلقن ذاك الشاب درساً لن ينساه، منتقمةً لنفسها ولكل بنت، حيث وقفت في منتصف طريق سيارته ، وبدأت بالصراخ عليه بصوت شديد، وقامت على الفور باستدعاء أحد رجال الحرس الواقفين في هذا الشارع ليكون شاهدا... وشرطه وبلاوي سوده جعلت هذا الشاب "الي كان إمفكر حاله سجورت" أن يركع بكل جبن طالبا السماح! إذا ًأولاً، برأيي أن الفتاة هي صاحبة الموقف الأول من خلال ردة فعل قويه تثبت أنها ليست سلعه رخيصه، وأن لها كامل الحقوق في أرض الله، يا شيخه خدي رقم السيارة وركض على أقرب شرطي! فإذا قامت كل فتاة بفعل ذلك صدقوني سوف تنتهي هذه الظاهره تدريجياً وسوف تمتلئ قلوب الجبناء بالرعب ولن يُقبلوا على تكرار تلك الأعمال

ثانيأ، قال رسول الله عليه السلام: "من رأى منكم منكراً فليغيره بيده ,وإن لم يستطع فبلسانه , وإن لم يستطع فبقلبه وذلك اضعف الإيمان" حيث أن كلاً منا مسؤول عن ردع الأعمال الرديئه، التي يراها أمامه، أياً كانت، فلا تنسوا أن تلك الظاهره هي شيء لا يذكر من باقي الظواهر التي أطاحت بشعوبنا، وما خفي كان أعظم

للكبار فقط! فيلم عمارة يعقوبيان

في أحداث متسارعة جدا، ذكية ومدروسه، تنتقل الكاميرا من الحانات الى الشقق والشوارع والمحلات المتواجدة في قلب القاهرة لتنقل أحداث ووقائع عجيبة غريبة لأشخاص عاشوا في عمارة يعقوبيان... تلك العمارة التي مازالت صامده في وسط البلد، والتي عاصرت أحداث متصاعده غيرّت مصر من حال إلى حال في آخر 75 سنه، الفقر...الغناء...الحب...الشر...الجنس...وغيرها، صراعات غيّرت مسار الحياة لدى شخصيات الفيلم

فزكي الدسوقي (عادل الإمام)، زير لنساء الخماّرات، يهتدي أخيرا الى حب فتاة فقيرة. وشقيقته دولت (سعاد يونس) الحرباء الخسيسه، وهناك بثينه (هند صبري) أحد سكان السطوح، وجه جميل في زمن مليء بالفقر والجوع جعلها تعيش مغامرة لعينه مع بعض أولاد الحرام، إلى أن ينقذها زكي. وهناك أيضا عاشقها السابق طه الشاذلي (محمد إمام) ابن البواب، تتحطم أحلامه بسبب مهنة والده، فهو يعيش زمن النفاق وأصحاب الرؤوس الكبيره، يدفعه ذلك للإنضمام إلى إحدى الجماعات الإسلاميه، فيقبض عليه في مظاهره ويهتك عرضه فيخرج للإنتقام. أمّا محمد عزام (نور الشريف) فهو ماسح أحذيه سابق و بطرقه الغير شرعية يصبح من أكبر أصحاب الأموال وأحد أعضاء مجلس الشعب، يتجوز مره أخرى من أجل المعاشرة فقط، وهو مثال ممتاز لمن يحلّل ويحّرم ما شاء تحت قناع الدين الإسلامي والتديّن، والطيور على أشكالها تقع، حيث نجد كمال الفولي (خالد صالح) يغتصب أموال عزاّم بعد مساعدته في الإنضمام للمجلس، وهو يمثل رجل السلطه الفاسد الجائر الذي يحمل باقة ممتازه من الغش والنصب والجرائم

وهناك كريستين (يسرا) فرنسيه، صديقه مقربه لزكي و صاحبة بار في وسط البلد، تضفي على الفيلم اللمسات الغنائيه اللذيذه. و حاتم رشيد (خالد الصاوي) مرفه وغني، رئيس تحرير لمجله فرنسية، ومثيل الجنس، يفعل أي شيء للحصول على رغباته الجنسيه، وصاحب نهايه مأساويه بسبب ظروف التربيه، أمّا عبد ربه (باسم سمره) فهو صعيدي فقير وبعيد عن زوجته وابنه من أجل العمل، يضحّي بشرفه ويعاشر حاتم ويبقى معه من أجل المال، إلى أن تقع له مصيبه بسبب جهله. وهناك الأخوين ملاك وفانوس أرمانيوس ( أحمد بدير وأحمد راتب) مثالين آخرين للنصب ، فهما محتالان من الدرجه الأولى ويقنعان الناس بصدقهما بحجة أنهم مسيحيين أقباط. كما يوجد سعاد ( سميه الخشاب)، الأرمله التي يرمي بها الفقر إلى أحضان عزّام لتصبح زوجته الثانيه وتعيش حياة تعيسه

حقيقة، مهما إختصرت لا أستطيع إختصار قصة د.علاء الأسواني وسيناريو وحيد حامد، فالأحداث كثيره جدا، وبعضها جريء جدا جدا جدا‘ فعمارة يعقوبيان تجرّىء على جميع الأفلام العربيه بوقائعه وشخصياته ، صدم الكثير من العرب، وأغضب العديد، ومن الناحيه الفنيه فإن جهود المخرج مروان حامد وفريق العمل تستحق فعلاً المشاهده، وكل ممثل من الأكبر إلى الأصغر كان بطلاً حقيقياً. للأسف وكالعاده تمّ حذف بعض المقاطع الصغيره في دور العرض العربيه لتتناسب مع سياستنا المعيشيه! لذلك أنصحك بمشاهدة نسخة ال دي في دي، وعلى فكرة مدة الفيلم ثلاث ساعات لا يمكن أن تشعر بهم، شاهد موقع عمارة يعقوبيان و شاهد الإعلان

شو هالنحس! مرة أخرى وفي أقل من ثلاثة أسابيع يتعرض مشروع بوابة الأردن لحادث مرّوع آخر، بعد حادث الحريق الكبير الذي كنت قد تحدثت عنه ، والذي تمّ التحفظ عليه في الأخبار كحريق محدود تم السيطره عليه! ولكن الحمدلله بدون أي ضحايا
هذه المره للأسف حادث مؤسف وقع منذ قرابة الساعتين، حيث حدث إنهيار لجزئان كبيران في نفس المبنى ذهب ضحيته اثنان من القتلى وخمسة وعشرون من الجرحى كلهم من العاملين في المشروع،وأغلبهم من أخواننا المصريين. هذا ما إستطعت الحصول عليه من أحد رجال الأمن ومن أحد المصوريين في موقع الحادث الذي ذهبت إليه فور سماعي للخبر. التصوير كان ممنوع والأمن شديد، و ما إستطعت إلتقاطه للأسف لم يعبّر عن الحادث، و على العموم مش مشكله الحديد، الله يرحم الفقدين ويشفي جميع الجرحى يا رب

Casper & Gambini's in Amman

After 3 visits, I can say that Casper & Gambini's is a good place to have a good coffee and yummy food. From Beirut to Amman, Casper & Gambini's came and opened it's branch in Abdoun, Mazen alkurdi street (opposite Abdoun mall, after Crumz). Not a waw location comparing to the one in Beirut, but they have a very nice atmosphere, and friendly Lebanese/Jordanian staff, so give it a try.
Oho yea, it's much better than StarSucks! ;-)

Jordan Gate… a huge fire accident

بعد صلاة الفجر تفاجئت بهتاف أمي وهي تناديني وتقول: تعال وإنظر، هناك حريق هائل في أحد المباني، فذهبت مسرعاً إلى نافذة المطبخ، حيث أن منزلنا مطل على أغلب مدينة عمّان... الحريق كان غير طبيعي فعلاً، والنيران كانت تشتعل بطريقة متزايده ومخيفة، المبنى بعيد جدا عني، ولكن أدركت على الفور أنه أحد عمارتين مشروع بوابة الأردن، قمت بتصوير الحريق على الفور والذي إستمرّ قرابة الساعتين، الصورة ليست واضحه تماماً، ولكن أحسن من بلاش! الغريب في الموضوع أن حادث مروّع مثل هذا لم يتم تغطيته إعلامياً حتى هذه اللحظة، لا محلياً ولا دولياً! ولكن بإنتظار الأخبار لنتعرف على التفاصيل

يذكر أن مشروع بوابة الأردن ما زال في مرحلة الإنشاء في منطقة الدوّار السادس بجانب فندق كراون بلازا، و بتمويل من بيت التمويل الخليجي وأمانة عمان الكبرى والشركة الكويتية للتمويل والاستثمار

Break

In few hours, I will leave Amman heading to Istanbul, Turkey, to spend my yearly vacation. Will be back next week inshallah. Lots of photos on the way, even from my previous trips to several countries :-)
